St. Louis County is facing many complex challenges that will involve tough choices for residents and businesses. I believe that a limited, less intrusive government will encourage the growth necessary to keep St. Louis County strong and growing for our families. We need to protect what is essential for our communities without handcuffing businesses and residents with bureaucracy. Residents and businesses should be treated fairly and have confidence in the County's taxation system. And, we must maintain the highest standards of integrity, responsibility and accountability in government.

With optimism and determination, I want all of our children and grandchildren to inherit a County that is safe, prosperous and confident of its future. That's why I want the opportunity to serve as your next County Councilman.

If elected, my goals include the following:

  1. Be a firm vote against higher taxes and will insist that the County work efficiently and effectively when spending our hard earned tax dollars.

  2. Support economic development that helps revitalize aging inner suburbs and keeps the region competitive and sustains County services.

  3. Promote regional cooperation to advance long-term prospects of the St. Louis area for services, economic development, educational opportunities, job retention and recreation.

  4. Apply stringent restrictions on the use of eminent domain to protect residential properties and existing businesses.

  5. Provide safeguards so taxpayers are treated fairly when they appeal their tax assessment.

  6. Work to maintain our strong property values and school systems.

Thank you for visiting and I appreciate your support on November 7th.

Kind regards,
