Colleen was born and raised in Manchester, Missouri, where she learned the value of hard work and a strong education.

While working full time, Colleen attended law school at St. Louis University, where she graduated magna cum laude . She had previously obtained a masters degree in business administration from St. Louis University.

Colleen currently serves on the Board of Alderman of Town & Country. She chairs the Public Works Commission. Colleen is a licensed attorney focusing on real estate and property rights.

Colleen and her husband, David, have two children - Alexander and Andrew.

If elected, Colleen pledges to continue her efforts to make St. Louis County a great place to live, work and raise a family. Colleen will work to meet our transportation and infrastructure needs, keep taxes low, preserve our property rights, and bring quality jobs to the region.
