3rd District

The 3rd District encompasses a number of municipalities in the central corridor of our County, including: Creve Coeur, Des Peres, Kirkwood, Sunset Hills, Frontenac, Fenton, Town & Country, Frontenac, Twin Oaks, Westwood, Valley Park and parts of Manchester, Chesterfield, Crestwood and Ladue.

It has the conduits of I-44, I-270 and I-64/US 40 within its boundaries and has a strong sales tax base with significant retail operations on Manchester Road, Lindbergh Blvd., I-44/Watson Road/Lindbergh, Olive Blvd. and along the MO 141 corridor in Fenton. Additionally, the 3rd District is home to a significant industrial corridor along Interstate 44 in Fenton as well as home to a number of large employers for St. Louis County such as Monsanto, Edward Jones and SSM Healthcare St. Claire Hospital.

We are also the home to some of the most significant cultural attractions for metro St. Louis with the Powder Valley Conservation Center, Queeny Park, The Magic House, Laumeier Sculpture Park and The Museum of Transportation.... all within our boundaries.
